Adding child pornography to the offenses specified investigative or
law enforcement officers may lawfully investigate by intercepting
wire, oral, or electronic communications, under specified
circumstances; and adding child pornography to the offenses for which
an Attorney General, State Prosecutor, or State's Attorney must
receive a court order before lawfully intercepting wire, oral, or
electronic communications under specified circumstances.
