State Lottery - Unanticipated Revenues

Synopsis:

Requiring the Comptroller to distribute to counties and municipal corporations State lottery revenues that exceed budgetary projections for a fiscal year; and requiring that the distribution be done on a pro rata basis according to the total lottery sales made in each of the political subdivisions.
