Remedy
Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to provide to an aggrieved
party the home address of a licensee who passes a dishonored check;
requiring the Administration to update the aggrieved party of home
address changes of the licensee; requiring the Administration to
assess service charges for administrative costs on the licensee and
the aggrieved party; authorizing the Administrator to adopt
regulations to implement the Act; etc.
