Increasing the membership of the State Board of Physician Quality
Assurance to include two additional physicians who dedicate a
significant portion of their practice to the use of a nonconventional
medical treatment; prohibiting the Board from taking disciplinary
action against a physician licensee solely because the licensee uses a
nonconventional medical treatment unless the Board can establish
specified facts; etc.
