Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland Aviation Administration to select for participation in a noise assistance pilot program within the Baltimore-Washington International Airport noise zone, certain real property the owner of which took title to the property after a specific easement was granted to a former owner of the property or an aviation easement was granted by a former owner of the property.
