Prohibiting the construction of specified provisions of law regarding
discrimination in employment to create a private cause of action
unless an employee is discharged by an employer employing less than 15
persons on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national
origin, marital status, or physical or mental handicap unrelated in
nature and extent so as to reasonably preclude the performance of
employment; authorizing a specified court to order specified types of
relief for violations of the Act; etc.
