Synopsis:

Altering the definitions of "community association" and "nuisance" under provisions of law relating to standing of community associations in Baltimore City to seek judicial relief for abatement of specified nuisances; altering notice requirements; and altering requirements for standing to bring an action for abatement of a nuisance.
