Increasing from 15% to 25% the percentage of a taxpayer's qualified
rehabilitation expenditures that may be claimed as a tax credit for a
certified rehabilitation of a certified heritage structure; and
providing that the Act shall be applicable to all taxable years
beginning after December 31, 1998.
