Crimes - Sexual Misconduct - State and Local Correctional Facilities

Synopsis:

Making it a misdemeanor for specified governmental employees to engage in specified sexual acts with a person confined in a correctional facility or home detention program; and providing that a person violating the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine of not more than $5,000 or both.
