Synopsis:

Providing for specified full-time employees of the Maryland Aviation Administration Fire Rescue Service to become members of the Baltimore City Fire and Police Employees Retirement System; providing that those employees who are eligible to be members of the Baltimore City system are ineligible to be members of the Employees' Pension System; etc.
