and secondary school students in the State be transported on a school
bus to and from school, a child care facility, or certain
school-related activities except students in Baltimore City who use

a school bus that violates provisions of the Transportation Article;
and authorizing the use of a motor coach for school-related activities
and prohibiting specified uses.
