Terminating the Maryland Stadium Authority and transferring its administrative functions, powers, and duties to the Board of Public Works on the date the construction of a professional football stadium at Camden Yards in Baltimore City is completed; deeming the construction of the football stadium to be completed no later than a specified date; abolishing all positions of employment with the Maryland Stadium Authority; etc.
