Facility - Employee Name Tags
Requiring each hospital or nursing facility in the State to ensure
that its employees and specified other individuals wear a personal
identification tag, except where inappropriate for medical reasons,
that indicates in readable text specified personal and professional
information; and authorizing the Secretary of Health and Mental
Hygiene to impose a fine not to exceed $25 per violation of the Act.
