Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Idamae Garrott Park

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for the planning, design, landscaping, construction, and capital equipping of a park on Connecticut Avenue and Dean Road in Montgomery County, to be named in honor of Senator Idamae Garrott.
