Military Service Credit - Membership in Maryland National Guard

Synopsis:

Authorizing members of State and local retirement and pension systems to receive service credit for military service as a member of the Maryland National Guard at the rate of 4 months for each full year of service, not exceeding a total of 36 months of credit.
