Motor Vehicles - Drunk Driving - Ignition Interlock System
Requiring courts to prohibit persons from operating motor vehicles
that are not equipped with ignition interlock systems for a specific
period if the persons are convicted of or granted probation before
judgment for driving while intoxicated or while under the influence of
alcohol.
