Eligibility
Requiring carriers that issue or deliver Medicare supplement policies
or certificates to individuals who are eligible for Medicare by reason
of age to offer specified Medicare supplement policy plans, under
specified terms and conditions, to individuals who, regardless of age,
are eligible for Medicare due to a disability; and requiring the
Maryland Insurance Administration to submit specified reports to the
Governor and the General Assembly.
