Requiring the health occupation boards and the Department of Health
and Mental Hygiene to study the recommendations of a specified report
concerning the establishment of codes of conduct for members of health
occupation boards and the investigators assigned to those boards and
determine how to implement those recommendations in a specified
manner; requiring each health occupation board to identify specified
changes to its statutory authority; and requiring a specified report
to be made to the General Assembly.
