Weapons - Disarming a Law Enforcement Officer - Penalty
Providing that a person who knowingly removes or attempts to remove a
chemical spray or baton from the possession of specified law
enforcement personnel is guilty of a felony and on conviction is
subject to a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for not
more than 20 years or both; and providing that a sentence imposed
under this section may be imposed separate from and consecutive to a
sentence for any related offense.
