Enforcement Program
Establishing a grant program under which law enforcement agencies
would target motor vehicles improperly registered out-of-state;
establishing a special, nonlapsing fund known as the Motor Vehicle
Registration Enforcement Fund; dedicating specified revenues to the
fund and providing for the fund's administration; requiring that a law
enforcement agency awarded a grant from the fund comply with specified
requirements; providing for the termination of the Act in 5 years;
etc.
