Fire Marshal - Deceased Member - Issuance of Flag
Providing that a Maryland State flag shall be issued to the family of
any sworn member of the State Fire Marshal's Office who was killed in
the line of duty; providing that the flag shall be presented by the
State Senator of the legislative district in which the deceased
resided or served; and altering a similar provision relating to
deceased firefighters to provide for presentation by the State Senator
of the legislative district in which the firefighter resided or
served.
