Highways - Placement of Signs

Synopsis:

Providing that a permit issued by the State Highway Administration is not required for the placement of an outdoor sign advertising a church or other place of worship, a civic or fraternal organization, or a political subdivision of the State, or for a sign that directs motorists to a farm or other location where farmers sell produce and other goods derived from their farming operation; requiring farm-related directional signs to meet certain requirements; etc.
