Conservancy
Providing for an exemption from State property tax for property that
is owned by a land trust that is certified by the Maryland
Environmental Trust to be in good standing and to have a cooperative
agreement in effect, and that is used for specified purposes; and
authorizing a county to grant, under specified conditions, a property
tax credit for conservation land owned by the Western Shore
Conservancy, or property owned by a specified land trust, that is used
for specified purposes.
