Vehicle Laws - Driver's License - High School Dropouts
Requiring a county board of education to notify the Motor Vehicle
Administration of an individual between 16 and 18 years old who drops
out of school; requiring the Administration to establish procedures to
revoke or not to issue a driver's license to the individual; providing
for exemptions; providing for reinstatement of a driver's license; and
authorizing the State Board of Education and the Motor Vehicle
Administration to adopt regulations to implement the provisions of the
Act.
