State Board of Plumbing - Licenses and Certification - Exception

Synopsis:

Excepting an individual licensed as a gas fitter in Baltimore City from the requirement of obtaining, from the State Board of Plumbing, a license to provide or assist in providing plumbing services and certification to provide propane gas services while the individual acts within the scope of the Baltimore City gas fitter's license.
