Corporate Entities - Maintenance of Medical Records - Surety Bonds

Synopsis:

Requiring the articles of incorporation for specified corporations to include specified statements; requiring the articles of organization of specified limited liability corporations to include specified statements; altering a definition; defining terms; requiring specified corporate entities to execute a surety bond; requiring specified corporate entities to appoint an individual who must take specified actions; authorizing specified individuals to utilize the proceeds of a surety bond; and establishing a civil penalty.
