Establishing an Innovative Partnerships for Technology Program for
specified State community college campuses; setting forth how funds
from eligible donors will be matched by the State and how the payments
will be made; requiring that the payments made by the State to
eligible institutions not exceed $200,000 during each eligible period;
establishing eligibility criteria; prohibiting funds paid by the State
to eligible institutions from being included in the computation of the
State general fund or capital fund; etc.
