Howard County -
Alcoholic Beverage Act of 1998
Establishing that the County Council for Howard County on a permanent
basis constitutes ex officio the Board of License Commissioners for
Howard County; establishing an Appointed Alcoholic Beverage Hearing
Board; providing for the appointment of members and for the powers,
duties, and compensation of the Board; requiring that, except as
provided in the Act, the Liquor Board delegate to the Hearing Board
has authority to act in specified ways; etc.
