Synopsis:

Requiring applicants for child care homes and child care residential institutions to include specified information on the license application; establishing requirements for notice provided by the Social Services Administration; and requiring the Administration to prepare tentative and final determinations to issue licenses or not to issue licenses under specified circumstances.
