$30,390,000 to finance public facilities, including water and sewer
projects, to finance facilities of volunteer fire departments, and to
finance the Carroll County Agricultural Center, Inc.; to make loans to
the volunteer fire departments in Carroll County and to the Carroll
County Agricultural Center, Inc. from the proceeds of the bonds; and
to issue and sell general obligation bonds.
