resulting in physical injury, engaging in unreasonable conduct
intending to put another in fear, or attempting to cause unconsented
unreasonable physical contact; providing that physical injury is not a
defense; establishing penalties; establishing procedures; providing
that a violation is not a lesser included offense; and providing that
a spouse may be compelled to testify as an adverse witness if there
has been a previous charge.
