Creation of a State Debt - Howard County - The Guilford Community Foundation, Inc.

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $400,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of The Guilford Community Foundation, Inc. for the repair, renovation, rehabilitation, and capital equipping of a building for use as a community center; and prohibiting the use of the proceeds or any of the matching funds for sectarian religious purposes.
