Requiring an insurer to provide written notice to a third party
claimant if payment, in the amount of $2,000 or more, in settlement of
a third party liability claim for bodily injury is made to the
claimant's attorney under specified circumstances; and altering the
time period within which notice must be mailed to a third party
claimant.
