State Lottery - Licensed Agents - Compensation

Synopsis:

Authorizing a licensed agent of the State Lottery to receive a cashing fee of up to 3% of valid prizes paid for services rendered in cashing winning tickets; and repealing a provision of law requiring the State Lottery Agency to appropriate funds for bonuses and incentives.
