Requiring health occupation boards to adopt certain regulations
prohibiting sexual misconduct; providing a definition of sexual
misconduct intended as a minimum standard of conduct; specifying that
the commission of sexual misconduct shall serve as a basis for
administrative prosecution by health occupation boards; requiring
certain reporting by the health occupation boards and the Secretary of
the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; and generally relating to
sexual misconduct and health occupation boards.
