Providing that a volunteer police officer in Frederick County is a
covered employee for purposes of eligibility for medical benefits
under the Maryland Workers' Compensation Act while performing work
assigned by the sheriff of Frederick County; and eliminating Frederick
County from a provision excluding members of volunteer police
departments from workers' compensation coverage.
