Police
Consolidating the Maryland Port Administration Police Force into the
Maryland Transportation Authority Police Force; authorizing the
Maryland Transportation Authority Police Force to exercise specified
powers and provide specified services; providing that specified
members of the Maryland Port Administration Police Force shall become
members of the Maryland Transportation Authority Police Force without
diminution of specified rights and benefits and that they may elect to
join the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System; etc.
