Crimes - Abusable Volatile Chemicals - Sales Permits
Prohibiting a person from selling an abusable volatile chemical at
retail without a sales permit; prohibiting a person from inhaling or
possessing with intent to inhale specified chemicals; prohibiting a
person from manufacturing, distributing, or possessing with intent to
manufacture or distribute specified chemicals; prohibiting a person
from distributing specified chemicals to a minor; and prohibiting a
person from knowingly using or possessing with intent to use inhalant
paraphernalia to inhale specified chemicals.
