Motor Fuel Refiners and Suppliers - Games of Chance
Allowing specified refiners and other suppliers of motor fuel to
sponsor, promote, advertise, or otherwise perform or participate in a
game of chance offered to the public so long as the game of chance is
not offered at a retail service station; and providing that specified
suppliers of motor fuel may not require a retail service station
dealer to pay for any costs related to the game of chance.
