Same Sex Marriages - Foreign Marriages - Invalidity
Providing that a marriage between two individuals of the same sex that
is validly entered into in another state or in a foreign country is
not valid in this State; providing that contractual rights or
obligations created by a marriage between individuals of the same sex
are void; defining "marriage" and "spouse"; and altering the
definition of a "foreign marriage".
