Alcoholic Beverages - Sales of Alcoholic Beverages to Minors
Providing that an alcoholic beverages licensee may not be found guilty
of selling or of giving alcoholic beverages to individuals under the
age of 21 if the licensee can establish specified circumstances to the
satisfaction of the court or jury.
