Baltimore City - Complaints Against Police Officers - Citizen Review
Board
Authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City to create a
citizen review board through which the general public may file
complaints against police officers in the Police Department of
Baltimore City and by which the complaints may be evaluated and
appropriate resolutions may be reached; requiring the Mayor and City
Council to provide for the membership and powers of the board and the
complaint review process; and requiring the board to have the power to
subpoena documents and witnesses.
