Higher Education - Funding
Altering requirements for funding of higher education; repealing
specific minimum funding amounts for specified public senior
institutions of higher education; specifying the General Assembly's
intent that the Governor provide funding for higher education,
beginning in Fiscal Year 2000, equal to or greater than the amount
appropriated in the prior year; and revising the goal for funding of
higher education so that the goal is based on specified percentages of
total General Fund revenues and applies to all higher education; etc.
