Directing the Maryland Energy Administration to perform an energy
inventory of Maryland's energy utilization and future needs for
specified purposes; directing the Maryland Energy Administration to

perform an energy inventory of alternative energy sources and
alternative methods of energy consumption and distribution for
specified purposes.
