At-Risk Populations - Placement and Policy Study

Synopsis:

Requiring a study to be conducted on the procedures for placement of at-risk youth and adult populations in State facilities or in residential facilities, and that recommendations be developed regarding a coordinated State policy on placement; and requiring a final report to be submitted to the General Assembly.
