Child Protection Act
Modifying the findings a court is required to make when determining
whether it should grant a decree of adoption under specified
circumstances; requiring the court to make a specific finding, under
specified circumstances, as to whether or not the return of a child to
the custody of the natural parent poses an unacceptable risk to the
future safety of the child; and requiring the court to give primary
consideration to the safety and health of the child in making a
specified determination.
