Alcoholic Beverages Violations - Driver's Licenses - Suspension
Requiring the District Court to notify the Motor Vehicle
Administration when certain persons under the age of 21 years are
found guilty of certain types of violations involving alcoholic
beverages; requiring the Administration after receiving notice, to
suspend the driving privileges of such persons for 6 months, for a
first offense, or for 1 year, for a second or subsequent offense; and
requiring the juvenile court to order the Administration to suspend
the driving privileges of a child.
