Synopsis:

Creating an exception to the prohibition on discounting the sale of alcoholic beverages by licensed manufacturers and wholesalers to licensed retail dealers for discounts based solely on percentage or volume of purchase; and generally relating to the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in Maryland.
