Requiring owners or supervisory employees of bottle clubs in Baltimore
City to be certified by an approved alcohol awareness program;
requiring the alcohol awareness program provider to provide specified
information to the appropriate local board; prohibiting bottle clubs
in the City from serving or allowing the consumption of alcoholic
beverages after legal closing hours; requiring bottle club owners or
operators to register with, and provide specified information to, the
Baltimore City Liquor Control Board; etc.
