Extending the termination provisions of law relating to the hunting
and trapping of coyotes and the inclusion of coyotes under the
definition of "fur-bearing mammal"; and requiring the Department of
Natural Resources to report to the General Assembly on or before
December 31, 2000 on specified aspects of the coyote population in the
State.
